服务设计理念下丽江文化旅游产品系统性开发问题

         

摘要

In this paper, based on the service design idea, a feasible strategy for merging the minority culture and the tourist industry is analyzed and formulated. Then, it deconstructs the service system of cultural tourism product and explores the transfer path of the cultural information during the service process and the inter-behavior of the tourists. After investigating the tourism service system and tourists in Lijiang, it is found that the main bottleneck hindering the cultural perception in the investigation result can be summarized as follows:1. the broadness of the contact area;2. the cultural knowledge and awareness;3. the interactive mode of the tourism. Based on the facts, an information transferring mode can be built, namely “accessibility--cultural attraction--locking the tourists”. With this mode, it hopes to optimize the service contacting mode systematically and improve the cultural experience of the entire tourism products.%在服务设计理念视角下研究并制定少数民族文化和旅游产业融合的可行性策略,解构文化旅游产品的服务系统,探讨文化信息在服务流程之中的传递路径和游客的交互行为。专门针对丽江的旅游服务系统和游客进行调研,其结果表明阻碍文化感知的主要瓶颈是文化信息的接触面、文化认知的界面和旅游交互模式等三项内容,因而建构了“可达性-文化引力-游客锁定”的信息传递模式,旨在从系统的层面优化服务接触模式以及整体旅游产品的文化体验。
