某型大客车的噪声分析及改进

摘要

简述了国内外汽车噪声控制的现状及影响客车噪声的因素，并对某大型客车的噪声问题进行了分析。通过在发动机低速工况下采用预喷射、改进发动机排气管隔热罩的材料、改进发动机舱板的结构和吸声材料等措施，降低了车内外的噪声，取得了显著成效。%The status automotive noise control technology in home and abroad and the factors affecting bus noise are introduced. Analysis of noise sources of a type of bus is made. By using pilot injection at low speed, improving the material of exhaust heat shield, modifying the structure of engine room's door and using better sound absorption material, the noise inside and outside of the bus is significantly reduced.
