国内外大坝失事或水电站事故典型案例原因汇集

摘要

To compile the Guide for safety assessment of hydropower dams in operation, the author collect⁃ed the cause reasons for the typical cases of dam failures and accidents at hydropower stations domestic and abroad. This paper presents 8 cases, for reference.%为了编制《水电站大坝运行安全评价导则》，对国内外大坝失事或水电站事故典型案例原因进行了收集，汇总了8个失事或事故案例的工程概况、事故损失和原因概述，供从事大坝安全管理的人员抓住重点和关键，提高大坝安全管理水平。
