An accident cause prediction device 30 determines the relationship between the weather condition and the cause of an accident at a place where an accident has occurred, with accident history information 411 showing the history of the place and the cause of the accident, and a predetermined period of time. Based on the first meteorological information 412 showing the meteorological condition of the place, the learning model 312 showing the result of machine learning and the second meteorological information 311 showing the meteorological state in a specific period related to the place.
