继承与创新:70年来我国统编教材建设的回顾与展望

     

摘要

Textbooks have an important historical position in the construction of textbooks for primary and secondary schools in China.Starting from the main line of the reform of the textbook construction,it can be divided into six stages,namely,transplant period,exploration period,extinction period,recovery period,stagnation period and innovation period.Over the past 70 years,the construction of textbooks has achieved remarkable results,and the common values of socialism have been cultivated.A sound national textbook management system has been established;a set of special textbook work systems has been formulated;and the timely and sufficient supply of textbooks has been guaranteed.The construction of textbooks in the new era should clearly define the characteristics of traditional and modern textbooks,and handle the relationship between inheritance and innovation.We must adhere to the combination of unified textbooks and non-unified textbooks to solve the relationship between unity and diversity.The balance point of the system is to deal with the relationship between concentration and dispersion.1t is necessary to adhere to the emphasis on textbook research and textbook experiment,and to deal with the relationship between theory and practice.%统编教材在我国中小学教材建设历程中占有重要的历史地位.从统编教材建设变迁的主要线路出发,可以将其分为六个阶段,即移植期、探索期、消退期、恢复期、垫伏期和创新期.70年来统编教材建设取得了斐然成绩:厚植了社会主义共同的价值观;建立健全了国家教材管理制度;制定了一套颇具特色的教材工作制度;保证了教材的按时与足量供给.新时代教材建设要明确统编教材的传统与现代特征,处理好继承与创新的关系;坚持统编教材与非统编教材相结合,解决好统一与多样的关系;探寻国定制与审定制的平衡点,处理好集中与分散的关系;坚持教材研究与教材试验并重,处理好理论与实践的关系,为广大师生提供优质的教材.
