尕海孤雌生殖卤虫基因组的特异DNA片段

摘要

Artemia is not only valuable for aquaculture but also exhibits unique biological characters. In this study, based on the silkworm Bmdsx gene, a pair of primers was designed. After amplification with these primers, a DNA fragment Apdsx900 from parthenogenesis Artemia genomic DNA was obtained. The following Southern blotting and FISH analysis also proved the fragment was specific for Gahai parthenogenesis Artemia genome. To our knowledge, this is the first report of parthenogenesis genome specific DNA fragments. Apdsxg00 shares little similarity with the silkworm Bmdsx gene.
