时代与家族的双重变奏*--江西省博物馆馆藏南昌房产契约文书解读

江西省博物馆藏契约文书中，有数十张清代、民国时期南昌城区内房产契约文书。光绪二十三年《李世恩堂杜卖店屋契》揭示商品经济发展背景下家族对官地的开发与利用；同治至民国时期凤凰坡店屋卖契，反映出商业家族的兴衰与城市面貌的变迁；道光至民国时期的干氏家族杜卖店房契折射出居住于干家大屋的干氏家族的兴衰之路。这些店房宅契见证了清代至民国时期商品经济发展和社会转型过程中南昌城市与家族的历史。%Contract documents collection in the Museum of Jiangxi Province, including dozens of Qing Dynasty and the Republic times of Nanchang City Shop house contract documents.
