In order to clarify ecological adaptability of different cultivars and quality of tobacco leaves in Shaowu region of Fujian, physics and chemistry characteristic of tobacco leaves for CB-1, K326 and Yunyan85 was researched. The results showed that targets, including expanding extent of leaves, weight of dry materials, soluble carbohydrate, reducing sugar, nicotine, phosphorus, potassium, polyphenol, carotenoid content and ratio of carbohydrate/ nicotine, nitrogen/ nicotine, were extremely different, and the weight of a leaf as well as total nitrogen marked difference. Differences of CB-1 leaves in different towns were evidenced by expanding extent of leaves and total nitrogen, reducing sugar, interpolation of two sugar and ratio of nitrogen/ nicotine were extremely different. For K326, the percentage of containing moisture, interpolation of two sugar and ratio of potassium/ chlorine were different, leaf thickness marked extremely difference.Yunyan85 expanding extent of leaves. Hence we see that Yunyan85 in Fujian Shaowu region have extensive ecological adaptability and more consistent product level. Production capability of CB-1 and K326 expect to make further efforts for develop.%为阐明福建邵武烟区不同烤烟品种的生态适应性和烟叶质量,对邵武烟区不同乡镇烤烟品种翠碧1号、K326和云烟85的理化特征进行了分析.结果表明,3个烤烟品种烟叶的开片度、干物质重、总糖、还原糖、烟碱、磷、钾、多酚、类胡萝卜素含量以及糖碱比、氮碱比指标均存在极显著差异,单叶重和总氮存在显著差异.不同乡镇翠碧1号烟叶的开片度和总氮存在显著差异,还原糖、两糖差、氮碱比指标存在极显著差异;不同乡镇K326烟叶的含水率、两糖差和钾氯比存在显著差异,叶片厚度存在极显著差异;不同乡镇云烟85烟叶仅开片度存在显著差异,其余指标差异均不显著性.
