对互联网金融的再认识

当前互联网金融已成为人们关注的热点，被普遍认为是金融领域一场深刻的革命。基于现实的分析和理论的思考认为：互联网金融既是一种连接技术，更是一种生活方式，其核心领域是众筹，社会基础是中产阶层的形成，有效运作的前提是信息真实透明；互联网金融不等于普惠金融。%Internet finance has become the focus of attention, and is generally regarded as a profound revolution in financial field.Based on reality analysis and theoretic thinking, the paper presents the following viewpoints: Inter-net finance is not only a kind of connection technology, but also a way of life; its key field is crowd-funding; its social base is the formation of the middle class; the premise for its effective operation is true and transparent infor-mation; and Internet finance is not equal to inclusive finance.
