优化教学管理培养德才兼备的口腔医学生

口腔医学是一门实践性、独立性很强的学科，医学生通常要经过系统的理论学习后，才能进入临床实习；再经过严格的临床实践，较熟练地掌握操作技能之后，才能成为一名合格的口腔医生。文章通过对口腔医学生临床实习教学质量影响因素的分析，结合口腔医学的特点，提出了加强管理，提高教学质量的对策，以培养具有实践能力强、医德高尚的口腔专业学生，来满足人们日益增长的口腔卫生服务需求。%Oral medicine is a subject that has a strong practicality and independence. Medical students need to study theories systematically before they enter clinical practice. After the rigid clinical practice, they master the clinical skills and become a qualified dentist. The purpose of this article is to analyzes of the influence factors of the oral medical students' teaching quality in clinical practice, combine with the characteristics of oral medicine, and put forward to strengthen management, improved the countermeasures of teaching quality, culture the dental students with good practice and noble medical ethics to meet the increasing demand for oral health services.
