新型条并卷机及精梳机使用实践

         

摘要

探讨国产新型精梳机及配套设备的技术性能.阐述了BHFA368型条并卷机及BHFA1299型精梳机的结构特点与技术性能,并对设备进行了安装、调试、试生产及工艺试验.结果表明:这两种设备表现出良好的机械工艺性能和成纱质量水平.认为,其结构设计合理,具有一定的创新性,工艺性能好,维修方便,电气和气动元件性能可靠,具有高效、高产、高质量的特点,达到了新型高效能精梳机的技术和质量要求,生产的纯棉精梳纱指标先进,质量稳定.通过进一步的改进提高,会更趋完善,在促进精梳产品质量提高方面可发挥更大的作用.%Technology performance of domestic comber and its supporting equipment were discussed. Structure fea ture and technology performance of BHFA368 draw frame & lap machine combined and BHFA1299 comber were intro duced. Installation,commissioning,trial production and processing test of the machine were done. The result shows that better mechanical processing performance and yarn quality level can be showed by the machines. It is considered that the structures of the two machine are rational,innovative,the processing performance are better,convenient to be maintained, the electric and pneumatic components are reliable, the machines have features of higher efficiency, larger output and higher quality. Technology and quality demand of high efficiency comber can be reached. Index and quality of the combed yam are better. Through modification in further, property of the machine can be increased and larger effect of boosting combed product quality improvement will be played.
