合理控制上浆率的体会

摘要

介绍合理控制上浆率的经验.分析了影响上浆率的各种因素,包括原料性能、纱线结构、织物结构特点、浆料配方、浆纱设备与工艺、织机速度等.认为在保证织机效率和产品质量的前提下,采用“低黏、低上浆、降低织造相对湿度”的上浆工艺,不仅可在一定程度上提升织轴的质量水平,进而提高织机开口清晰度,减少纬阻问题,而且还可以达到节约能源、降低上浆成本的目的.%Experience of control size percentage rationally was introduced.Factors of effecting sizing percentage were analyzed,including raw material property,yarn structure,fabric structure,sizing instruction,sizing equipment,sizing processing and loom speed etc.It is considered that in condition of ensuring loom efficiency and product quality,sizing processing of lower viscosity and sizing,lower related humidity in weaving process should be adopted.Warp beam quality can be improved in certain degree,loom shedding clearity can be increased,weft resistance can be reduced,energy consumption can be saved and sizing cost can be reduced.
