磷酸锌含量对环氧树脂-硅氧烷涂层性能的影响

     

摘要

Sodium phosphate, zinc sulfate, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH-550) and epoxy resin (E51) were used as main raw materials to synthesize zinc phosphate by precipitation method.The epoxy resin-siloxane coatings containing different concentrations of zinc phosphate were prepared.The prepared coatings were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The corrosion resistance of the coatings was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results show that epoxy resin was grafted by KH-550 successfully.The zinc phosphate powder was irregular in structure and mainly composed of Zn3 (PO4) 2·4H2O.When the amount of zinc phosphate added into the coating was controlled around 2.5% (mass fraction), the coating had high impedance and good corrosion resistance.%以磷酸钠、硫酸锌、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)和环氧树脂(E51)为主要原料,采用沉淀法合成磷酸锌,制备了不同磷酸锌含量的环氧树脂-硅氧烷涂层.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线衍射等测试技术对所制备涂层进行了表征;通过电化学阻抗谱评价了涂层的耐蚀性.结果表明:KH-550成功接枝到环氧树脂上,磷酸锌粉末呈片状结构,主要成分为Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O;当加入的磷酸锌控制在2.5%(质量分数)左右时,环氧树脂-硅氧烷涂层的阻抗高,耐蚀性好.
