The impact of SO4 2- on the corrosion of 304 stainless steel in cooling water containing CI- is studied by electrochemistry, scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS). The results of dynamic potential scamfing show that the pitting con'osion can be effectively inhibited by SO4 2- in low Cl- solution, but the inhibition effect will disappear in high Cl- solution. The analysis by SEM and EDS indicate that the repel effect SO4 2- against Cl- is not high enough to preveut the adsorption of Cl- on the surface of 304 stainless steel. The corrosion of Cl- can not be effectively inhibited by SO4 2- .%采用电化学法、扫描电镜和能谱分析法研究了SO4^2-对304不锈钢在含氯循环水中腐蚀的影响。动电位扫描试验结果表明,SO4^2-在Cl-浓度低时可有效抑制点蚀,而在Cl^-浓度高时不能有效抑制点蚀。扫描电镜和能谱分析结果表明在C1浓度较高时,SO4^2-对Cl^-的排斥作用已经不足以阻止Cl^-在不锈钢表面的吸附,此时SO4^2-不能有效抑制Cl^-的腐蚀作用。
