智能阀门定位器流量特性非线性修正及控制

         

摘要

Due to its high accuracy and excellent reliability, the intelligent valve positioner is widely used in the field of industrial flow rate control. The intelligent valve positioner has flow rate characteristics such as linear, exponential, quick opening and custom setting. The author applies the curve fitting method to obtain the flow rate characteristics function of the intelligent valve positioner. According to our experiment, the positioner error mainly comes from nonlinear nature of the feedback mechanism. Therefore, through studying the nonlinear correction and control of the valve positioner, the switch control algorithmis optimized which effectively decreased the time needed for adjustment and further increased the flow rate control accuracy of the valve positioner.%智能阀门定位器因具有控制精度高,可靠性强等优点,被广泛应用于工业流量控制领域中.智能阀门定位器包括线性、等比、快开和自主设定等流量特性.作者通过曲线拟合的方法,得到了智能型阀门定位器的流量特性函数.经实验发现,定位器误差主要来源于反馈机械自身的非线性因素.因此,通过研究阀门定位器的非线性修正和控制,对开关控制算法进行优化,有效地缩短了调整时间,进一步提高了阀门定位器的流量控制精度.
