摘要

随着近年来经济增速的放缓,制造行业整体形势的下滑,耐磨产品的国内业务受挫,并且面临着较为严重的发展困境.为走出困境,许多企业意识到制定营销策略的重要性,并将营销策略制定作为企业发展的首要任务.以JS公司为研究对象,综合运用市场营销理论、营销组合理论,深入研究JS公司所面临的营销环境,并对其营销现状进行分析,且分别从产品策略、定价策略、渠道策略和促销策略制定符合公司耐磨产品发展的营销策略,最后提出实施该公司耐磨产品营销策略的保障措施.%With the slowdown in economic growth in recent years, the decline in the overall situation of the manufacturing industry, the domestic business of wear-resistant products are frustrated, which is a more serious development dilemma. In order to get out of the difficult situation, many enterprises realize the importance of making the marketing strategy, and regard it as the most important task for the development of the enterprise. Taking JS company as the research object, the company applied the marketing theory and marketing mix theory, studied the marketing environment faced by JS Company and the marketing analysis of the status quo, and formulated the marketing strategy in line with the company's development of wearable products from products strategy, pricing strategy, channel strategy and marketing strategy, therefore, the company finally put forward the measures to ensure the implementation of the company wearable product marketing strategy.
