PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create values of a company and stockholders in the management of an enterprise with stockholders or new stockholding subscribers by a cooperative marketing method and a system with the stockholders and the new stockholding subscribers. ;SOLUTION: Private information such as attributes of the stockholders of the company or the new stockholding subscribers is converted into database using a computer, a marketing research and various types of search activities are performed on the stockholders of the company or the new stockholding subscribers of the company by on-line network such as Internet and electronic mail, and commodities handled by the company and services are provided thereto.
