大型LNG接收站泵群状态监测系统的建立

摘要

通过总结低温泵的结构特点和监测难点,介绍了BentlySystem1状态监测系统的主要功能模块和技术特点,通过建立低温泵群网络化状态监测系统,实现了对LNG接收站关键机泵的在线监测、前期预警和故障诊断,为实施科学维修、优化机泵维护和保证机泵安全长周期运行提供了有效手段.%Through summarizing the structure characteristics of cryogenic pumps and the bottleneck of monitoring technology,both main function modules and technical characteristics of Bently System1 condition monitoring system was introduced;and through establishing networked condition monitoring system of the cryogenic pump groups,the online monitoring,early warning and failure diagnosis of the key pumps for LNG receiving station were realized to provide an effective method for scientific maintenance and optimization of the pump maintenance and long-term operation.
