基于极点配置算法的Buck变换器数字控制研究

         

摘要

In this paper,taking the commonly-used synchronous Buck converter on industrial control site as the object,making use of pole configuration algorithm to achieve the digital control over switching power sup-ply was implemented.Firstly,the basic theory of pole assignment was introduced and the method of combining pole assignment with integral separation was put forward,including the simulation analysis of having LabVIEW used as the simulation environment to realize the algorithm and to get the system's waveforms in startup,power disturbance and load disturbance and then having them analyzed and compared with conventional PID algo-rithm,respectively.Finally, through taking STM32 as the master chip, the synchronous Buck converter's control prototype was produced to achieve the pole configuration algorithm and PID algorithm for synchronous Buck control, including these two algorithms' waveforms.The results show that, the proposed algorithm is consistent with the simulation analysis,which verifies the correctness of the simulation analysis.%以工业控制现场常见的同步Buck变换器为对象,采用极点配置算法实现开关电源的数字控制.首先介绍极点配置的基本理论,提出了极点配置与积分分离相结合的方法,再以LabVIEW为仿真环境实现算法的仿真分析,分别得出系统的启动、电源扰动、负载扰动波形,与传统PID算法作对比分析.然后以STM32为主控芯片,实际制作同步Buck变换器控制样机,实现极点配置算法和PID算法对同步Buck的控制.通过实验分别得出两种算法的波形,其结果与仿真分析一致,验证了仿真分析的正确性.
