天津市城镇涉农地区母乳喂养相关影响因素的调查研究

摘要

目的 调查天津市城镇涉农地区母乳喂养相关影响因素.方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷、母乳喂养评估量表、母乳喂养自信心量表,对800例天津地区产妇进行调查.结果 产妇母乳喂养得分为(107.26±15.39)分,结果较为良好.多重线性回归分析结果显示,母乳喂养自信程度,乳头凹陷、学历、焦虑或抑郁其影响因素.结论医务人员应针对其影响因素,制定有针对性的干预措施,提高产妇母乳喂养效果和满意度.%Objective To describe current status and influencing factors of Maternal Breastfeeding valuation of Tianjin City. Methods 800 Maternities were invited to complete demographic questionnaire, maternal breastfeeding valuation scale, breastfeeding self-efficacy scale. Results The score of breastfeeding was (107.26±15.39) points, and the result was good. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that breastfeeding self-confidence, nipple depression, education, anxiety or depression were the influencing factors. Conclusion More targeted invention need to be done to alleviates this problem.
