探讨'血栓与止血检测'在实验诊断学教学中的方法

         

摘要

血栓与止血检测是实验诊断学中的重要内容,也是医学生必 需掌握的内容,该内容涉及一期止血、二期止血缺陷的检测,其中一期止血含血管壁及血小板的检测;二期止血又包括内源凝血途径、外源凝血途径及共同凝血途径等众多凝血因子的初筛、诊断实验,还有抗凝系统及纤溶系统的一系列初筛及诊断实验的检测项目,内容繁杂.以往的教学方式学生难以理解和记忆所学内容.我们通过穿插案例导入式教学激发学生的学习兴趣和热情,综合应用多种教学方法,提高课堂的学习效率.最后利用案例分析对课堂所学内容进行小结,一步一步地引导学生思考,运用学过的知识解决临床问题,形成初步的临 床思维,成功地实现了教学目标.%Thrombosis and hemostasis examination plays an important role in laboratory diagnostics. It is must to be known well for the medical students. There are numerous projects in the thrombosis and hemostasis examination .Content includes primary hemostasis and coagulation cascade. Primary hemostasis consist of vessel wall and platelet tests. Coagulation cascade consist of intrinsic pathway and extrinsic pathway. There are a series of screening and diagnostic tests of anticoagulation system and fibrinolytic system. The learning method in the past led students difficultly to understand and remember what they studied. In order to improve the efficiency of learning, we leading-in cases to the class and synthetically use various learning methods. Using case analysis to brief summary in the end of the class, leading the students to use knowledge they have learned to solve clinical problems, then forming clinical thinking. We achieved our learning goals successfully.
