医学生临床技能培训中穿脱防护用品技能的教学研究

         

摘要

目的:以全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛为背景,调查医学生对穿脱防护用品技能的掌握情况,针对其薄弱环节进行培训,提升医学生职业防护技能。方法对90名临床医学专业临床实习阶段的医学生进行理论教学和专项操作技能教学培训,比较其经穿脱防护用品专项技能培训前后完成此项技能操作的正确率。结果经穿脱防护用品专项技能培训后学生考核成绩高于仅进行理论教学(90.10±6.36) vs.(80.35±6.89),考核优秀(≥90分)率显著增高。结论经过专项技能培训教学,能显著提升医学生穿脱防护用品技能操作能力及正确率,提高医学生在传染病防控中的职业防护技能,应重视医学生教育中职业防护专项技能培训。%Objective On the background of the clinical skills competition for national medical students in the higher medical colleges and universities, investigate medical students' skills of wearing and taking off personal protective equipment, and then trained them on the skills to improve their occupational protection skills. Methods Trained 90 medical students in clinical practice stage by theory teaching and special skills training in the procedure of wearing and taking off personal protective equipment and then compare the percent of accurate procedures before and after the training. Results After theory teaching and Additional special skills training the students' examination results are better than that with theory teaching only ( 90.10±6.36 ) vs.( 80.35±6.89 )significantly. Conclusion A special skill training teaching can significantly improve medical students' skills of wearing and taking off personal protective equipment and occupational protection skills. It's necessary to have a special training of occupational protection skills in medical education.
