ObjectiveTo investigate the application of nanoparticles catalyzed chemiluminescence for the determination of glucose in blood samples.Methods The polymer chitosan was used to modify the CoFe2O4 NPs, and then catalyzed the luminol hydrogen peroxide system to produce chemiluminescence, combined with lfow injection technique, by measuring the content of hydrogen peroxide produced by the oxidation of glucose to determine the content of glucose indirectly.Results The linear range for glucose was from 5.0 ×10-8~1.0 ×10-5mol/L. The LOD of glucose was as low as 1.0 ×10-8 mol/L.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, and the determination of glucose in serum samples is consistent with the results of hospital.%目的:探究纳米粒子催化化学发光在测定血样中葡萄糖含量的应用。方法用聚合物壳聚糖将钴铁氧体纳米粒子进行修饰,催化鲁米诺过氧化氢体系产生化学发光,结合流动注射技术,通过测定葡萄糖氧化后产生的过氧化氢含量来间接测定葡萄糖的含量。结果葡萄糖检测的线性范围为:5×10-8~1×10-5 mol/L,检测限低至1×10-8 mol/L。结论该方法简单快速,对不同血样中的葡萄糖含量的测定结果与医院的测定结果一致。
