案例教学法在儿科见习医学生医患沟通能力培养中的应用探讨

         

摘要

The deficiency of training of doctor-patient communication in Medical College led to lack of communication consciousness and communication skills among the medical staffs. Pediatric patients are a special group. To pediatric medical students, it is very important to get the training of skill of doctor-patient communication before they start their career. This paper expounded the characteristics, advantages and implementation steps of case teaching method in the teaching. Case teaching method encouraged students to participate in teaching, to think positively, to improve the interest in learning and to promote the doctor-patient communication skills. Case teaching method is one of the effective methods to cultivate the skills of doctor-patient communication for medical students and has strong practical value.%医学高等院校医患沟通教育的先天不足,导致医务人员沟通意识和沟通技能的缺乏。儿科患者是一特殊群体,儿科专业医学生学习医患沟通技能是从业前重要的培训。阐述案例教学法在教学中的特点、优势及实施步骤,案例教学法鼓励学生参与教学、积极思考,提高了学习兴趣,促进了医患沟通技能培训,是培养医学生医患沟通技能的有效方法之一,具有很强的实用价值。
