保障教师权益促进教师成长--高校工会应重视维护青年教师发展权

摘要

Along with the rapid development of the higher education,the proportion of young teachers in colleges and universities becomes bigger and bigger.Actively safeguarding the development of young teachers is related to the sustainable development of colleges and universities.Labor union,under the leadership of the Party,should be responsible to maintain young teachers’development rights which is an important part of the universities development and the harmonious campus construction.This paper is a discussion on the role of the labor union in colleges and universities in the protection of young teach-ers’development rights.%随着高等教育事业的迅速发展，高校教师队伍里青年教师所占的比重越来越大，逐渐成为高校教育事业发展的生力军。积极维护青年教师的发展权，关系着高校未来的可持续发展。协助党政等有关部门维护好青年教师发展权，是高校工会服务服从高校发展大局、构建和谐校园义不容辞的责任。本文就高校工会应重视维护青年教师发展权，做一些粗浅的探讨。
