下腔静脉滤器植入术预防肺动脉栓塞的临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨下腔静脉滤器置入在下肢深静脉血栓治疗中预防肺动脉栓塞发生的作用.方法 2004年1月～2007年12月间对62例下肢深静脉血栓病人实施了下腔静脉滤器置入术,共置入滤器62枚,并进行深静脉血栓进行溶栓治疗.结果 62例下腔静脉滤器置入全部成功,无并发症发生.在溶栓过程中未出现肺动脉栓塞.结论 下肢深静脉血栓溶栓治疗前置入下腔静脉滤器,能有效预防肺栓塞发生,且方法简便、易于操作.%Objective To evaluate the effect of implanting inferior vena cava filter(VCF) in preventing pulmonary embolism due to detachment of thrombus in deep vein of lower extremities. Methods Sixty-two inferior vena cava filters were placed in 62 patients with deep venous thrombosis in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2007, and then the patients were treated using thrombolysis therapy. Results The vena cava filters were successfully implanted in all cases, and no complications occurred. Conclusion Inferior vena cava filter's placement is an effective and safe technique for preventing pulmonary embolism before performing thrombolysis therapy.
