目的分析无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查并发症的原因，探讨护理干预的影响，以供今后临床工作参考。方法选择2009年5月~2012年4月接受无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查后发生并发症患者55例作为研究对象，分析并发症发生原因，采取针对性护理干预。结果发生并发症的原因与内镜操作刺激、麻醉药物不良反应等因素有关。采取针对性护理干预后，并发症均痊愈或好转，未造成一例严重不良后果。结论针对性护理干预可有效避免或缓解无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查并发症，值得在临床推广应用。% Objective To analyze the reasons for the gastroscopy joint colonoscopy complications, and to explore the impact of nursing intervention for future clinical work of reference. Methods From May 2009 to April 2012 in our hospital for causes complications as the object of study, analysis of complications in 55 patients with painless gastroscope joint colonoscopy, and to take targeted nursing intervention. Results Of complications in endoscopic operation to stimulate the adverse effects of narcotic drugs, and other factors. Take targeted nursing intervention, the complications were cured or improved, did not cause a case of severe adverse consequences. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can effectively prevent or mitigate the complications of the gastroscopy joint colonoscopy, it is worth in the clinical application.
