Objective To explore modern extracapsular cataract extraction with small incision combined with IOL implantation operation technique and curative effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of 311 cases (321 eyes ) from January 2006 to November 2011 with small incision and modern extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation, vision and complication were observed. Results The vision recovered well after operation , the best corrected vision:163 eyes (50.8%) ≥ 0.5 one week after operation;224 eyes (69.8%) ≥ 0.5 one month after operation; 246 eyes (76.6%) ≥ 0.5 half a year after operation. Few complications was occurred Intraoperative and postoperative. Conclusion Small incision of modern extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation is effective, safe, economic operation method for cataract, it is convenient in primary hospitals.% 目的探讨小切口现代白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的手术技巧与疗效.方法回顾分析2006年1月~2011年11月期间311例(321眼)采用小切口现代白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术，观察视力恢复及并发症的情况.结果术后视力恢复良好，最佳矫正视力：术后1周≥0.5者为163眼(50.8%)；术后1月≥0.5者为224眼(69.8%)；术后半年≥0.5者为246眼(76.6%).术中、术后并发症少.结论小切口现代白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术是有效、安全、经济的白内障手术方法，便于在农村基层医院开展.
