PPH加外痔剥离术治疗重度脱垂痔分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the stripping effect of surgery combined with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) in the treatment of severe prolapsed hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids.Methods 72 cases of severe prolapsed hemorrhoids in patients admitted to our hospital from December 2009 to October 2011 were randomLy divided into two groups, control group were treated with traditional hemorrhoidectomy, the experimental group were treated with PPH joint external hemorrhoids stripped, intraoperative and post-operative complication rate in two groups were compared. Results The experimental group had shorter operative time, shorter hospital stay, lower incidence rate of post-operative pain, bleeding, urinary retention and other complications [(22±6)min vs(30±8)min,(6.5±1.7)d vs(8.1±1.8)d, 5.56%(2/36)vs 19.44%(7/36)] (P<0.05). Conclusion PPH and external hemorrhoids stripping surgery has better effect in patients with severe prolapsed hemorrhoids.%　　目的探讨将痔上黏膜环切吻合术(PPH)与外痔剥离手术联合治疗重度脱垂痔的效果.方法将2009年12月~2011年10月收治的72例重度脱垂痔的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各36例.对照组患者给予传统的痔疮切除手术,试验组患者给予PPH联合外痔剥离,观察对比两组患者的术中情况和手术后并发症发生率.结果试验组手术时间(22±6)min,住院时间(6.5±1.7)d,并发症发生率为5.56%(2/36)；对照组手术时间(30±8)min,住院时间(8.1±1.8)d,并发症发生率为19.44%(7/36).试验组患者手术时间、住院时间短,患者手术后并发症发生率低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用PPH与外痔剥离手术联合治疗重度脱垂痔的效果较好.
