整体护理干预在肝癌介入术后的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨整体护理措施对肝癌患者行介入手术后临床治疗效果的影响。方法选择2009年3月-2012年6月收治的112例肝癌患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各56例，两组患者均给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予整体护理干预措施，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率为64.29%（36/56），对照组并发症发生率为80.36%（45/56）；观察组1年生存率76.79%（43/56），对照组1年生存率51.79%（29/56）；观察组出院满意度94.64%（53/56），对照组出院满意度80.36%（45/56），两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论肝癌患者介入手术后实施整体护理能显著改善患者的治疗效果，延长生存时间，降低并发症的发生率。%Objective To investigate the Clinical treatment result influence of Holistic nursing intervention in hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional. Methods Our hospital from March 2009 to June 2012 treated 112 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 56 cases, patients were treated with conventional care, on the basis of the observation group to give holistic nursing interventions compare two group care effect.Results The observation group complication formation rate is 64.29%(36/56), the control group complication formation rate is 80.36%(45/56);An observation group year survival rate 76.79%(43/56), a control group year survival rate 51.79%(29/56);The observation group out of hospital degree of satisfaction 94.64%(53/56), the control group out of hospital degree of satisfaction 80.36%(45/56), two group of comparison differences have statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Liver cancer patients after intervention operation can significantly improve the treatment effect of overall nursing, prolong the survival time and reduce the incidence of complications.
