目的对比术后同步放化疗和单纯放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选取60例中晚期宫颈癌患者，随机分为同步放化疗组和单纯放疗组，每组各30例。同步放化疗组在常规放疗的基础上，采用顺铂联合紫杉醇同步化疗。比较两组患者近期疗效和毒副反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后，同步放化疗组治疗总有效率90.0%，明显高于单纯放疗组66.7%（P<0.05）；同步放化疗组放射性损伤与毒副反应发生情况明显高于单纯放疗组（P<0.05），患者均可耐受。结论与单纯放疗相比同步放化疗可明显提高中晚期宫颈癌患者近期的疗效。%Objective To compare the clinical effect between concurrent chem orad io therapy and only radiotherapy for advanced cervical carcinoma. Methods 60 cases with advanced cervical carcinoma were randomly divided into only radiotherapy group and concurrent chem orad io therapy group with 30 patients each. Concurrent chem orad io therapy group received circulating and political chem orad to therapy based on radiotherapy. Two groups were compared in patients with recent-term treatment effects and side effects. Results After 3 months treatment, synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy group 90.0%effective rate recently, signiifcantly higher than 69.20%of the radiotherapy alone group 66.7% (P<0.05);Syn chron ous radiotherapy and chemotherapy toxicity and radiation injury adverse reactions was significantly higher than the radiotherapy alone group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with only radiotherapy, concurrent chem orad to therapy for advanced cervical cancer can signiifcantly improve the recent-term treatment effects.
