目的探讨高龄患者手术期有效的护理措施，提高护理质量。方法术前针对患者不同的心理状态进行心理疏导，提供手术有关信息，术中稳定情绪，密切配合麻醉、手术医生，加强病情观察及护理，使其安全度过手术期。结果186例患者中一例出现麻醉意外死亡，其余均安全度过手术期，无护理并发症发生。结论有效的手术期护理是手术成功的重要因素之一，应根据患者的不同病情，各自的心理状态，加强病情观察，采取针对性护理措施，使其安全度过手术期，提高患者生存质量。%Objective To approach the nursing intervention about great age patients on operation stage, as to raise the quality of nursing care. Methods Taking the different psych-odredge to different patients pre-operation , providing the relevant information, in close cooperation with anaesthesia and operation doctor, make sure that patients could safety pass the operation stage. Results Only 1 patient in 186 patients was dead for anaesthesia accidence, others were safety pass the operation stage without nursing complication. Conclusion Effective nursing care is the one of important factors on operation stage, we should take the different psych-odredge to different patients, reinforce the observe of pathogenetic condition, use the aim directly nursing intervention, make sure that patients could safety pass the operation stage.
