黛力新对脑卒中后抑郁患者神经功能的影响

摘要

目的探讨黛力新在治疗脑卒中后抑郁中的作用，研究其对神经功能的影响，以达到更好的治疗效果。方法选取2011年8月-2012年8月清远市清城区人民医院神经内科收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者100例，随机分为两组。实验组在常规的治疗方法基础上加用黛力新，对照组采用阿米替林，比较两组的治疗结果。结果实验组患者治疗后HAMD得分、治疗后NHSS量表得分较对照组得分低，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。实验组药物副作用发生率均低于对照组，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论黛力新在治疗脑卒中后抑郁中对于患者抑郁治疗效果显著，同时极大程度地改善了患者神经功能，且药物副作用较小，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the efficacy of Deanxit in treatment of post stroke depression in rats, mainly studies the effect on nerve function, in order to achieve a better treatment effect. Methods From August August to 2011 2012 in our hospital neurological department of internal medicine diagnosed with depression after cerebral apoplexy patients 100 cases, were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group in the conventional treatment combined with Deanxit, control group with amitriptyline,compared with two group of treatment results. Results In patients with HAMD after treatment,scores after treatment of NHSS scale scores than the control group scored lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group of drug side effects occurring rate was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Efficacy of Deanxit in treatment of post stroke depression for patients with depressive remarkable curative effect, and greatly improves neurological function, and drug side effect is less, it is worthy of clinical application.
