老年人口腔义齿的修复体会

摘要

Objective To study the way of repairing old oral denture, improve the life quality of the aged. Methods 100 older patients of 65 years to 85 years old and implemented activity and fixed prosthesis. Results All patients had good evaluation to results of repairing. Conclusion According to the old teeth defect in the differences and their own condition is different, provide the corresponding repair method can achieve good clinical curative effect.%　　目的研究修复老年人口腔义齿的途径，改善老年人的生活质量。方法回顾性分析100例老年口腔义齿修复患者的临床资料，总结其修复方法及效果。结果全部患者对修复结果评价良好，其中有6例在1个月之中改进了2次，3例在1～3个月中修改了3～7次，3个月以上改进了7次以上的3例。结论依照老年人牙齿缺损的差异以及自身状况的不同，提供相应的修复方法可取得良好的临床疗效。
