Objective Learn the clinic effect of astragalus injection and puerarin on chronic heart failure. Methods 100 patients of chronic heart failure from Jan 2011 to Mar 2012 divided into two groups. Two groups all used common therapy such as diuretic and cardiotonic drug, and the experiment group added astragalus injection and puerarin. Results The excellence, effective and invalid of experiment group were 13 cases(26.00%), 32 cases(64.00%)and 5 cases(12.00%)while the control group were 7 cases(14.00%), 31 cases(62.00%)and 12 cases(24.00%). The diverse of total effective rate of 2 group had statistics significance (90.00%vs 76.00%, P<0.05). The clinic effect of experiment group was better than control group. Conclusion Use astragalus injection and puerarin to treat chronic heart failure, which can enhance the clinic effect and improve the heart function of patients. It is worth using widely in clinic.% 目的探讨黄芪注射液联合葛根素治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果.方法选取慢性心力衰竭患者100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均给予利尿药、强心药和扩张血管药等常规治疗,实验组在此基础上加用黄芪注射液与葛根素治疗.结果实验组临床疗效为显效、有效、无效的分别为13例(26.00%)、32例(64.00%)、5例(12.00%)；而对照组临床疗效为显效、有效、无效的分别为7例(14.00%)、31例(62.00%)、12例(24.00%).两组患者的总有效率差异存在统计学意义(90.00% vs 76.00%,P<0.05),说明实验组临床疗效明显高于对照组.结论黄芪注射液联合葛根素治疗慢性心力衰竭,可显著提高临床疗效,改善病人的心功能及生存质量,值得在临床上推广使用.
