精神分裂症长期住院患者的无陪护护理措施分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the schizophrenia patients with long-term hospitalization unaccompanied nursing measures. Methods The object of this study selected 100 cases in our hospital in 2011 May, was 2012 to October were long-term in-patients with schizophrenia,strengthen overall unaccompanied nursing, clinical data of two groups. Results 2 months of follow-up,the event risk nursing before occurrence rate is 28%, after 4%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the nursing without family caregivers of schizophrenic patients with long-term fine overall comprehensive, can significantly reduce the incidence of risk events, to provide protection for the safety of the patients.%　　目的探讨精神分裂症长期住院患者的无陪护护理措施.方法选取2011年5月~2012年10月广州市民政局精神病院收治的长期住院的精神分裂症患者100例，加强全面整体的无陪护护理，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果行2个月随访，护理前风险事件发生率为28%，护理后为4%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论长期加强精神分裂症患者整体全面的无陪护护理，可显著降低风险事件发生率，为患者生命安全提供保障.
