The mode is comprehensive and the new teaching mode. The Web Quest experimental mode of teaching increases students' initiative and improves students’ operating ability and the ability to use knowledge, in order to lay the foundation for training medical complex talent of academic literacy.%　　生物化学是我国医学院校学生的重要基础课程，理论性强，知识点多，难于记忆.由于受传统办学模式的影响，普遍存在重理论、轻实验，重知识传授、轻能力培养的现象.传统实验教学主要是以教师讲授为主，是单向灌输与被动接受相结合的过程，不利于学生的创新思维培养.Web Quest实验模式可以使实验课内容与理论课的教学内容紧密联系，学生在学习中的角色也从被动接受者变为主动探索者，这种模式是全方位、新的教学模式.Web Quest实验模式教学可增加学生学习的主动性，提高学生的动手能力及对知识的综合运用能力，为培养出有学术素养的医学复合型人才奠定基础.
