目的研究分析在分娩过程中使用催产素对妊娠结局的影响.方法将2009年1月~2010年1月收治的70例自然分娩产妇随机分为两组,对照组术中不给予催产素治疗,试验组给予催产素2.5 U,观察对比两组孕妇的妊娠结局.结果试验组总产程时间较短,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05；试验组阴道助产率低于对照组,P<0.05；两组产妇产后出血、新生儿窒息等比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05.结论在分娩过程中使用2.5 U催产素有助于缩短产程,降低阴道助产率,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用.%Objective The study analyzed the use of oxytocin during childbirth pregnancy outcome.
