50例微创法祛除足跟骨骨刺治疗顽固性跟骨痛报告

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efifcacy of minimally invasive therapy for refractory calcaneus pain. Methods 50 patients with refractory calcaneus pain in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2013 were selected,they all given minimally invasive therapy,the overall treatment efifcacy of patients were observed, follow up for 3 months,numerical rating scale(NRS) score in different time (2 h,6 h,1 d,7 d,15 d,1 m,3 m) before and after treatment,incidence of complications and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The overall treatment efifciency of 56 patients was 100%,NRS score in different time after treatment had decreased signiifcantly conpared to that before treatment(P<0.05),and there were no signiifcant complications and adverse reactions in the follow up.Conclusion Efifcacy of minimally invasive therapy for refractory calcaneus pain is signiifcant and the security is high .%目的：观察微创法治疗顽固性跟骨痛的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2013年6月江西省丰城市中医院接受治疗的顽固性跟骨痛患者50例，均对其进行微创法治疗，观察其治疗后的整体治疗效果，并随访观察3个月，对比术前与术后不同时间点（2h、6h、1d、7d、15d、1m、3m）时患者的疼痛数字评价量表（NRS）评分及不良反应、并发症的发生情况。结果这50例顽固性跟骨痛患者的微创法治疗的总体治疗有效率为100%，术后不同时间点的NRS评分均较术前显著降低（P＜0.05），随访期间未见明显不良反应及并发症发生。结论微创法治疗顽固性跟骨痛的临床疗效较好，且安全性高。
