650例孕妇全血铁、钙、锌检测结果的初步分析

     

摘要

探讨孕妇在不同孕期全血铁、钙、锌的变化规律及缺乏状况,为孕妇保健提供依据。方法将2012年1月~2012年12月到湖南郴州市妇幼保健院进行孕期保健的孕妇650例按孕周分为3组,早孕组(n=230)、中孕组(n=210)、晚孕组(n=210),180例未孕妇女作为对照组,采用原子吸收光谱法对早孕组、中孕组和晚孕组及对照组检测全血铁、钙、锌,分析其规律和缺乏状况,比较组间的差异。结果随着孕期的增加,铁、钙、锌的含量不断下降,除了早孕组铁的含量与对照组铁相比差异无统计学意义外,其余各组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);各组缺乏率不断升高,早孕组与对照组的3种微量元素缺乏率比较差异无统计学意义,但中孕组和晚孕组和对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早孕期间,3种元素有不同程度降低,以钙、锌为主;中晚孕期间3种元素的含量严重降低而缺乏率逐渐升高。孕妇应及时补充缺乏的微量元素,确保优生优育,母子健康。%Objective To explore the whole blood of pregnant women at different stages of gestation iron, calcium , zinc, and the lack of variation of conditions, to provide a basis for the maternal health.Methods 650 cases pregnant women were divided into early pregnancy group ,middle pregnant group and late pregnancy group, 180 cases of non-pregnant women were as a control group, atomic absorption spectrometry for the experimental group and the control group was used to determine whole blood iron, calcium, zinc, and analyzed its rules and lack of status differences between groups.Results With the increase in pregnancy, iron, calcium, zinc levels continue to decline, in addition to early pregnancy iron content compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant iron outer, the rest of the group and the control group, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05 orP<0.01); each group lacks rate rising, pregnancy group and the control group compared three kinds of trace element deficiency rate was not statistically significant, but the middle and late pregnancy group pregnant group and the control group was significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion Duringearly pregnancy, three kinds of elements are reduced to varying degrees, calcium and zinc are the main; during late pregnancy, the the content of three elements decrease and the lack rate of zinc gradually increase. Pregnant women should supply the lack of trace elements in a timely manner to ensure that prenatal and postnatal care, maternal and child health.
