目的：观察阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法将新余市新钢中心医院76例患有不稳定型心绞痛的患者，随机均分为对照组和观察组（n=38）。对照组静脉滴注丹红注射液，1次/d，每次使用剂量为30 mL；观察组在对照组治疗基础上，结合口服阿托伐他汀，1次/d，每次服用剂量为20 mg。均对患者进行为期1个月治疗，对比分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者不稳定型心绞痛病情控制效果明显优于对照组；C反应蛋白水平治疗前后的改善幅度明显大于对照组；2组用药未见不良反应。结论应用阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者，临床效果显著。%Objective To study the clinical effect of atorvastatin treating patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 76 patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected and divided into two groups randomly, the control group and the observation group, each group had 38 cases. The control group was treated with danhong injection, and the observation group was treated with danhong injection and atorvastatin. Results The effect of controlling unstable angina pectoris in the observation group was evidently better than that in the control group. The improvement amplitude of C-reactive protein level before and after treatment in observation group was evidently greater than that in the control group. Two groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion The clinical effect of atorvastatin treating unstable angina pectoris is evident.
