目的：调查武警部队战士个性特征。方法采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版（EPQ-RSC），对武警某机动部队419名战士进行测查。结果该武警机动部队战士个性特征以外向稳定为主，有71例情绪典型不稳定、32例典型倔强，极度内向19例，情绪极度不稳定23例。多血质171例，抑郁质115例，粘液质68例，胆汁质65例。结论该武警机动部队战士人格特征以外向稳定型为主，但内向不稳定型比例也较高，存在一定数量的极度内向和情绪极度不稳定的人员，对此应引起高度重视，进一步加强心理健康教育和心理疏导跟进工作。%Objective To investigate the soldiers’personality characteristics in the Chinese people's armed tactical unit. Methods The EPQ-RSC were used to investigate 419 soldiers’in a Chinese people's armed tactical unit. Results The personality characteristics of soldiers were extroversion-stabilities mainly. There were 71 people typical unstable emotion, 32 people typical stubborn, 19 people introverted extremely,23 people mood unstable extremely. There were 171 people sanguine temperament,115 people depressive temperament,68 people mucous temperament and 65 people choleric temperament in the unit. Conclusion The personality characteristics of soldiers were extroversion-stabilities mainly, but introverted-unstable proportion was higher also. There were a certain number of extreme introverted and mood extremely unstable people, it should be attached to this, to reinforce mental health education and psychological counseling follow-up work further.
