经阴道超声检查子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨采用经阴道超声（TVUS）诊断子宫内膜息肉的临床价值。方法选择2011年11月～2012年11月四川省遂宁市射洪县人民医院妇产科门诊收治的98例经病理确诊为子宫内膜息肉的患者作为临床观察对象，给予TVUS检查，对照病理结果分析其TVUS检查声像图特征。结果98例患者中，87例经TVUS检查确诊为子宫内膜息肉，诊断率为88.78%，误诊(漏诊)12例，误(漏)诊率为11.22%。结论经TVUS技术在诊断子宫内膜息肉时，影像清晰，操作简便，安全性好，确诊率高，可作为诊断子宫内膜息肉的首选办法。%Objective To investigate the use of transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS) diagnosis of endometrial polyp’s clinical value. Conclusion TVUS in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps, the image is clear, easy to operate, safety, diagnosis rate, can be used as a diagnostic method of choice for endometrial polyps.
