目的：调查分析南方医科大学附属小榄医院妇科围手术期抗菌药物应用情况及存在问题，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法设计调查表对南方医科大学附属小榄医院妇科2011年7月～2012年4月263例手术患者应用抗菌药物进行调查分析。结果南方医科大学附属小榄医院妇科手术病例均预防使用了抗菌药物，品种以第一、二代头孢菌素为主，占78.5%，13.2%联用了甲硝唑，用药时机在术前0.5～2 h内占92.4%。结论本院妇科围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用基本合理，但仍存在选药不合理、疗程偏长等问题，应加强规范化使用的管理，提高本院合理用药水平。%Objective To analyze the application and problems of antibacterial drugs during perioperative period in the gynecology department, in order to provide reference for the rational use of antibacterial drugs in clinic. Methods A designed questionnaire was conducted, and a total of 263 cases of antibacterial drug usage in gynecology department of our hospital were analyzed from July 2011 to April 2012. Results Antibacterial drugs are applied preventively to the patients who have gynecological surgery in the hospital. The drugs mostly used were the first and second generation of cephalosporins in combination with metronidazole.The first generation of cephalosporins accounted for 78.5%and the second generation accounted for 13.2%.About 92.4% of the drugs were used 2 to 0.5 hours before the operation. Conclusion The perioperative antimicrobial prophylaxis is generally reasonable for the gynecological operation in the hospital. However, there are some unreasonable phenomenons in our hospital, such as irrational administration of antibacterial drugs, long course of treatment, etc. Great attention should be paid to further reinforcing the regulation and management of antibacterial drugs application and to enhancing the level of rational use of drug.
