目的：探讨尿毒症患者血液透析合并冠心病心绞痛患者冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性、近期疗效、近期并发症。方法对长江水利委员会长江医院血液透析患者中6例心绞痛患者在强化透析和适当的水化的基础上，应用非离子型造影剂（优维显）行冠状动脉造影术，并对符合介入指征的病变行血管重建术。同时对尿毒症血液透析合并冠心病心绞痛者介入治疗的近期疗效进行探讨。结果单支病变1例、二支病变1例，多支病变4例。均于造影术后成功置入支架1～3枚。术后心绞痛症状缓解，肾功能无进一步恶化。结论血液透析患者行冠状动脉造影及介入治疗是安全、有效、可行的，可提高患者的生存质量，降低心血管病的病死率。%Objective To explore the feasibility, effectiveness, and complications of coronary artery interventional therapy in patients with uremic hemodialysis with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods On the basis of strengthening dialysis and proper hydration, applied non-ionic contrast agent (You Weixian) in coronary angiography and operated revascularization to lesions that qualified for intervention to six patients undergoing hemodialysis with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital. Explored the effectiveness of interventional therapy to uremia hemodialysis complicated with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Results Of the six patients, one had single vessel disease, two had lesions, and four had multi-vessel disease. All patients were successfully implanted one to three pieces of stents after the angiography. Postoperative angina symptoms were mitigated and there were no deterioration of renal function. Conclusion It is safe, effective, and feasible to apply coronary angiography and interventional therapy to patients undergoing dialysis. It can improve the quality of life for the patients and decrease the death rate of cardiovascular disease.
