肿瘤科年轻护士姑息护理的认知现状调查及开展

摘要

Objective To understand the status of oncology nurses master the palliative care knowledge, in the light of the existing problems and put forward corresponding suggestions. Methods The palliative care knowledge questionnaire (PCQN) was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 98 clinical nurses of three hospitals randomly on the city. Results Heard"palliative care"nurse accounted for 27%, while 86%young nurses lack of palliative care knowledge, the highest score of PCQN test was 18 points, the lowest was 2, average score was (8.90 ± 1.64)%, the correct rate was 44%. Conclusion Young nurses in palliative care are lack of knowledge, the master should strengthen the relevant training and education.%目的：了解肿瘤科护士对姑息护理知识的掌握现状，针对现存的问题提出相应建议。方法采用姑息护理知识问卷（PCQN）随机对我市98名三级甲等医院临床护士进行问卷调查分析。结果听过“姑息护理”的护士占27%，而86%分，平均分为（8.90±1.64）分，正确率为44%。结论年轻护士对姑息护理知识严重缺乏，针对其掌握现状应加强相关培训和教育。
