Objective To analyse Kallikrein joint clopidogrel hydrogen in elderly patients with cerebral infarction neurological defects effectiveness. Methods 130 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=65), the control group received clopidogrel hydrogen treatment, the observation group Combined Kallikrein treatment control group on the basis of comparative analysis of clinical treatment group 2 patients.Results Effective clinical observation group was 95.4%, significantly higher than 80.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After treatment observation group neurologic impairment score was (8.77 ± 3.14) points, significantly lower than the control group (16.30±4.95) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Kallikrein clopidogrel hydrogen combined with senile old infarction curative effect, can significantly improve symptoms in patients with neurological deficit, is worthy of promoting.%目的：分析尤瑞克林联合氢氯吡格雷对于老年脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的实效性。方法选取130例脑梗死患者，随机均分为2组（n=65），对照组给予氢氯吡格雷治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合尤瑞克林治疗，对比分析2组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为95.4%，显著高于对照组的80.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分为（8.77±3.14）分，显著低于对照组的（16.30±4.95）分，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论尤瑞克林联合氢氯吡格雷治疗老年老梗死疗效确切，能够显著改善患者神经功能缺损症状，值得临床大力推广。
