应用远红外线照射法进行动静脉内瘘术前术后护理的疗效分析

             

摘要

目的:采用远红外线照射法进行动静脉内瘘术前术后护理,观察并分析其对降低穿刺失败率和术后并发症的临床疗效。方法选取已被确诊为慢性肾功能衰竭需要维持性血液透析的患者70例,随机均分成2组(n=35),治疗组采用远红外线照射法进行术前术后护理,对照组采取常规护理。观察并分析2组的临床疗效差异。结果治疗组首次穿刺成功率97.1%,对照组首次穿刺成功率82.9%;治疗组血流量增加有效率100.0%,对照组为85.7%;与对照组相比,治疗组自述疼痛感轻微,穿刺部位检查无明显渗血;各项评估指标2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用远红外线照射法进行动静脉内瘘术前术后护理疗效显著,安全经济,能有效提高血液净化安全性及透析质量,值得临床推广应用。%Objective The purpose of this study is to perform far infrared radiation nursing for arteriovenous fistula operation before and after operation, observe and analyze its clinical effect on reducing the puncture failure rate and postoperative complications. Methods Total 70 patients with chronic renal failure requiring maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group received far infrared radiation nursing before and after operation, the control group received routine nursing care. The clinical efficacy between two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The successful rate of the first puncture was 97.1%in the treatment group compared with 82.9%in control group;the efficiency of blood flow increasing in treatment group was 100% compared with 82.9% in control group; Compared with the control group, the patients in the treatment group had slighter self-reported pain and no obvious oozing of blood in the puncture site. Significant differences were found between two groups in assessment indexes (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of far infrared radiation for internal arteriovenous fistula preoperative and postoperative nursing is efficacy, safety and economy. It can effectively improve the blood purification safety and quality of dialysis, and is worthy of clinical application.
