药理学教学改革对高职高专护理专业学生影响的研究

         

摘要

目的 研究药理学教学改革对高职高专护理专业学生的影响.方法 选取贵阳护理职业学院2011级高职高专护理专业三年制大专生100人,分为试验组和对照组(n=50).试验组采用药理学教学改革模式进行教学,对照组采用传统教学模式进行教学.第3年进入医院实习结束后,对学生各自所在医院护理部的带教老师进行问卷调查.结果 试验组在药理学知识水平"较好"占70%、用药健康教育"较好"占70%、临床护理用药技能"较好"占76%、自主解决问题能力"较好"占78%、与科室协作能力方面"较好"占74%;对照组在药理学知识水平"较好"占36%、用药健康教育"较好"占46%、临床护理用药技能"较好"占44%、自主解决问题能力"较好"占50%、与科室协作能力方面"较好"占48%,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 药理学教学改革对高职高专护理专业学生的影响是必要和重要的,学生在药理学知识水平、用药健康教育、临床护理用药技能、自主解决问题能力、与科室协作能力方面均有明显提高.%Objective To study the effects of Pharmacology teaching reform for nursing students of vocational colleges.Methods 100 students of 3-year nursing major of 2011 Grade from Guiyang Nursing Vocational College were selected and divided into two groups.50 students were in the Pharmacology teaching reform group that was adopted the experimental teaching model.While another 50 students were in the control group which were applied the conventional teaching method.Results In their third year,all 100 students went on afield trip in various hospitals.After the internship,a questionnaire survey was made to the students' clinical teachers of nursing departments of these hospitals in terms of the teachers' evaluations on the students' Pharmacology knowledge,pharmacy health education,clinical nursing pharmacy skills,ability of solving problems as well as team work awareness,and the students of the Pharmacology teaching reform group got better assessments than the ones of the matched group.Conclusion The effects of Pharmacology teaching reform for nursing majors of vocational colleges are necessary and important.
