目的：探讨卵巢皮质间质细胞增生的免疫组化表达并对基因进行免疫组织化学检测。方法随机选取40例卵巢皮质间质细胞增生伴子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌、平滑肌瘤等疾病增生的卵巢皮质间质细胞进行免疫组织化学各项指标检测。另外，观察内膜癌各项癌基因蛋白、肿瘤细胞增殖的表达。结果良性与恶性肿瘤检测结果中超过60%存在C-erbB-2表达，对合并有恶性肿瘤的卵巢皮质增生细胞Rb进行监测发现增生间质细胞有12例表达，占60%。所有皮质间质细胞增生病例中合并内膜癌患者2例且增生间质细胞p 53有表达。另8例患者合并子宫内膜癌，癌基因C-erbB-2和Rb有表达。2例良性肿瘤患者有该2种指标的共同表达。结论伴有子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌的卵巢增生的皮质间质细胞C-erbB-2、Rb表达阳性，在子宫肌瘤等良性病变C-erbB-2和PCNA表达阳性，p 53在增生间质细胞表达较少。血E 2及P检测均正常，在子宫内膜癌细胞各项免疫组化染色多呈阳性。%Objective To investigate the immunohistochemical expression of ovarian stromal cells proliferation and to detect the expression of the gene for immunohistochemistry.Methods 40 cases of stromal cells proliferation with endometrial cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Leiomyoma were selected randomly, immunohistochemistry staining was used to evaluate the cell proliferation. In addition, the expression of oncogene protein and the proliferation of tumor cells were also observed.Results The results showed that the positive rate of C-erbB-2 in both begion and malignant tumor cells are more than 60%, from the cbservation of Rb in malignant tumor with ovary cortex proliferation, the positive rate is 60% with 12 cases shows the expression of cell proliferation. p53 showed only 2 cases expressed from stromal cells proliferation with endometrial cancer patients, furthermore, C-erbB-2 and Rb showed 8 cases expressed from stromal cells proliferation complicated with endometrial cancer patients. For begion tumor cases, only 2 showed C-erbB-2 and Rb gene expressed.Conclusion C-erbB-2 and Rb are positive in proliferating stromal cells in the cases of cell proliferation of ovary cortex complicated with endometrium carcinoma or ovarian carcinoma, C-erbB-2 and PCNA showed positive in begion tumor cases, p53 shows little expressed in proliferating stromal cells. E2 and P test shows normal, immunohistochemical staining of endometrium carcinoma cells are positive.
